What is Hypnotherapy &
how can it help me?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is a talk-based therapy; It is future-focused, concentrating on current circumstances and future plans rather than reflecting on past narratives - looking at what the client wants to achieve rather than on the problem(s) that prompted them to seek change. The underpinning philosophy is that the client is the expert on themselves, so my role is to facilitate them rediscovering and refining their own fresh perspective on how to obtain their life goals, then begin to move and grow through the changes that they need to see to find joy in their life.

Anxiety is a natural human response when we feel that we are under threat in some way. It can be experienced through our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations. Liberty has changed my life!
