Sessions are available online via Zoom / WhatsApp as well as in person home visits if you're a nervous traveller.

Each week, your sessions are tailored to suit your needs and intentions. Sessions are held at the same time each week using a mixture of talk-based therapy & trance.

What is Hypnotherapy & how can it help me?
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is a talk-based therapy; It is future-focused, concentrating on current circumstances and future plans rather than reflecting on past narratives - looking at what the client wants to achieve rather than on the problem(s) that prompted them to seek change. The underpinning philosophy is that the client is the expert on themselves, so my role is to facilitate them rediscovering and refining their own fresh perspective on how to obtain their life goals, then begin to move and grow through the changes that they need to see to find joy in their life.
