Sessions are a positive, creative, and relaxing environment where we focus on developing a unique toolkit to suit your needs. We work together to help you start to live a more fulfilled and happy lifestyle through the unique combination of talk-based therapy & trance.
I work both in person & online via Zoom as well as over the phone for the shy people in the world. If you don’t live locally, have mobility issues, or hold any apprehension about coming into a practice, virtual sessions are a wonderful alternative to be able to enjoy the benefits of hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own home.
Step 1
Your free consultation is an opportunity for you to have a no commitments taster of the therapy to see if we are a good match for your therapeutic alliance.
Step 2
Each week, your sessions are tailored to suit your needs and intentions. Sessions are held at the same time each week using a mixture of talk-based therapy & trance.

After completing your course of treatment, you can expect to experience a restored quality of life, leading a more enriched and fulfilling lifestyle.
Is it possible to do therapy online?
Yes! It is equally as effective online as it is in person - all you need is a quiet, calm, private space for you to be able talk, relax, and listen. If Hypnotherapy is something you need to save up for, in the meantime there are additional resources and a great new course launching to bring the barriers down between you and your healing journey.
Online Therapy sessions
Some people prefer to hold their therapy sessions from the comfort of their own home. We do this via Zoom where you can enjoy the benefits of hypnosis from the comfort of your own space.
